01. Early Bird Registration

Early bird registration fees apply until 14th Jan 2020.

02. Standard Registration

Standard Registration Fees apply after 14th Jan until 17th Mar 2020
Participants who wish to register after 17th Mar will have to proceed with registration on-site.

03. On-site Registration

On-site Registration Fees apply after 17th Mar 2020.
Registration open on 18-20th Mar 2020.

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Registration

Registration for AMS2020 has to be made electronically by completion of the respective online registration form. Registration forms submitted without full name and complete e-mail address cannot be processed.

The participant's registration for AMS2020 shall only become effective upon the receipt of full payment of the registration fee by the Conference organizer.

Please present the receipt of full payment of the registration fee for admission to AMS2020.

Payment Method

Online registration: Registration fees are to be paid in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) by Credit Card or via PayPal.

Onsite registration: Onsite payment method are Cash in Hong Kong Dollars, Bank Transfer or Credit Card via PayPal.

Confirmation Email

Registration confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of full payment of the registration fee. Please present the confirmation email at the Registration Desk for admission to AMS2020.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% administrative charge on the registration fee will be deducted from your refund on cancellation made on or before 17 February 2020.

AMS2020 will not refund cancellations received after 17 February 2020.

All refunds will be processed within 60 days after the conference.

A

Name changes and change of registration category will be handled as a cancellation and new registration is required.

B

All Registration fees are non-transferable.

C

No refund of registration fee will be arranged for any uncompleted conference activities due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Inclement Weather

If a tropical cyclone warning signal No.8 or above / black rainstorm warning signal is raised, then the conference will be cancelled.

Nationals of about 170 countries and territories may visit Hong Kong without a visa/entry permit for a period.

Submission of Application


Completed Application for Entry for Visit/Transit in Hong Kong (Form ID 1003A and ID 1003B) may be submitted together with the relevant supporting documents to Hong Kong, either by post or through a local sponsor.


Processing Time


(For reference only)
It normally takes four to six weeks to process a visit/transit visa/entry permit application upon receipt of all the required documents. The Immigration Department will not be able to start processing the application unless all the required documents and information have been received.
